The short version of how CS:Anchor works, and how to reach a human when it doesn't.
Sign-in is through Steam only — CS:Anchor never asks for your Steam password and never sees it. All it receives is your public Steam ID, and your persona name and avatar if you've made them public.
Upload a .dem file and it's parsed in the background — large
matches take a few minutes. You'll get a review step to confirm the team
names and match date before anything is saved.
A hub is a shared review space for your roster. Invite links don't admit anyone by themselves: following one creates a request, and a hub manager has to approve it before it grants access to any of the hub's data.
If your hub is linked to your team's league side, finished league matches are imported and parsed automatically — you don't have to fetch demos by hand.
You can hide your name from shared views, which is reversible, or request full erasure, which is not. See the privacy policy for exactly what's stored and how each request is handled.
This address is not live yet. The real support address
hasn't been set up — it's tracked as an open item, and this page will be
updated when it exists. support@[domain] is a placeholder
and will not reach anyone. If you're testing CS:Anchor before
launch, use whatever channel you already have with the operator.
